The house was well equipped,...

Disliked: I asked for towels from the property manager because one of the rooms was missing them. I was told "housekeeping" would be notified and we never received towels. I called the property manager after to let them know about never receiving towels and they were nonchalant about the whole situation.

Very disappointed with the house....

Liked: Location to the pool
Disliked: Roaches in the home, not enough dishes for the family

Decent spot for a last...

Liked: The space worked well for our family. It was so nice to be able to spread out. The pool area was fun for the kids.
Disliked: The Internet did not work the entire time we stayed. This meant no tv. We don’t travel to watch tv, but it’s nice to have at night to wind down. Contacted the company every day but the issue was never resolved. A simple instruction card for setting up service would likely have solved the entire issue.

Very good

Disliked: Fire alarm in 2 rooms were making noise at 2 o’clock in the morning. I had to go to a 7-Eleven to get batteries to stop the noise.

Great unit in wonder amenities...

Liked: Location was good, it across the big road so you can't easily walk to the beach but it is at the light so it's an easy drive. The pool area was great, ice cream and snacks available. The property was fairly new and in great condition, having access to the garage was so convenient. The kitchen was well equipped from pots, pans and baking sheets to silverware, glasses, plates and large cooking utensils. Kees Vacations was great to work with!
Disliked: Our unit backed up to trees which was nice for privacy but the patio on the bottom level opened directly to that area and it was very dark at night - it would be great if it were screened in (would help with mosquitos too) for added security.

Liked: great location and very nicely decorated. Was a very peaceful pleasant stay. I would definitely come back.
Disliked: The check in process was not exactly straight forward and simple. I had to call to get the key code which I thought I would get in an email or text message with instructions.

We will NEVER, EVER stay...

Liked: The house was close to the beach.
Disliked: The house was dirty when we checked in, there were dishes in the dishwasher. The bunk beds were unmade and dirty. The stove was dirty. We thoroughly cleaned when we got there because of the baby. When we checked out, we did everything we were supposed to and cleaned everything and then got charged $300 for what they said was smoking substances not allowed on the property. They had no proof, nor did they question us or contact us. They just took our $300 and said Haha, we got you! Not to mention, we had already paid an extra $300 to change our dates by one week due to a tragic sudden death in the family. The manager is a money hungry, heartless person who stole from us, lied about us and ruined our stay.
