Liked: It was clean, and the receptionist was amazing.
Disliked: We arrived from EWR flying in form Europe during the Flooding storm and was relieved to be at a hotel after searching. A bus load of maybe 50 teens arrived and late at night were in the halls running and loud voices. We had trouble getting a quiet night's sleep.Breakfast was free, and we were told to wait at the bar to give them our ticket for breakfast. No one was around to take our order. I asked at the desk, and they said someone would be there soon. We waited 1/2 hour and no one came because they were busy with the breakfast for the teens in a special room. We left and went to Starbucks and paid $36 for what was supposed to be a free meal. I saved the receipt. That was terrible that we were never waited on.

Liked: Staff was rude. The toilet seat was broken on arrival. They had an event with music blasting so loudly you could hear it 3 floors up at 8 am

Disliked: Breakfast was not good due to understaff .only one person .food was not good

My go to hotel

Liked: The front desk clerk Althea is incredible. She welcomes you every time with a smile that is so bright. When she is not there, I truly miss seeing her. She is the reason I stay there.
Disliked: The bathroom tub could use some love.
