Stay was great.

Liked: Clean. Peaceful.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Forever a Fan!!

Liked: Everything! Definitely a better option than the neighboring brand hotel. The rooms are updated (bathrooms included) the staff is ALWAYS AMAZING!!
Disliked: Rooms need dressers and wider blackout curtains so that in the event you’re dealing with a migraine, those peeks of light wouldn’t be an issue as wider curtains will conceal all sunlight. Or perhaps vertical blackout curtains? Aside from that this place is great!

Disappointed and sad

Liked: I stayed here last summer with my family that’s why I came back . The location and my room was great . This time no ! .
Disliked: The pool was so dirty that my children couldn’t get in The couch need to go ‘ the room for a king suite was so small . There was little to no soaps in the shower. The carpet needs a good cleaning. Not a good trip this time .

Liked: Location!! And overall it’s just a great value for the price. Rooms are amazing and pretty huge. It’s modern and the staff is always amazing!!

Great hotel

Liked: Clean, extremely comfortable bed, spacious rooms
Disliked: My husband complained about the AC unit being so loud that it woke him up a few times during the night.

Liked: The hotel was clean. The location was perfect for my business ventures. I appreciate having a strip mall next-door, along with food and other amenities close to the location.
Disliked: There was construction happening at the hotel. The swimming pool was not working at this time, which was not good in the morning. They were supposed to breakfast served for the guest, and the staff working were a little rude and frustrated by the amount of people they had to prepare breakfast for. I understand there was a Group staying at the hotel with students, but that is a part of planning an organization as you run a business. This should’ve been taken care of in advance. The hotel should have provided more staff to make sure each patron was accommodated as they stayed at this hotel. When I purchased a room, I purchased the room with complimentary breakfast each morning and this was an issue for the staff because they didn’t want to have the kitchen open early in the morning. 9:00 am is to late to open a kitchen for business travelers. That is something that needs to be improved immediately if you want to continue to have guest stay at your establishment..
