Walking distance from Times Square
Liked: It is minutes away from everything. The room was clean but small. But it is New York and for the price it was a great deal! We had a balcony which was on the second floor which was great to hang out and feel the nice breeze. The only downfall...it was not much of a view.
Disliked: Valet Parking for the hotel was $60! I guess parking anywhere in the city is expensive. Other than that I had a great stay.

You can thank me later.
Liked: Location- 2 blocks off of Time Square. 15 min walk to Grand Central Station. Many restaurants, bars, bakeries, coffee shops & even a liquor store next to the hotel. The bakery/ coffee shop, Matto Espresso, a few doors down has all items for $2.00. Great coffee, croissants & quiche.Hospitality- They have mastered customer service. I received numerous texts asking how my stay was going & asked if I needed anything to improve my stay. Marioye went above and beyond during our stay. She even had a birthday balloon placed in our room for my daughter?s birthday. HouseCleaning: Rooms & showers were super clean! The cleaning team was friendly & hard working.Rooms: Had toiletries, blow dryer, iron, & safe. No carpeting. Plenty of pillows.Future: We have found our GO TO hotel when visiting NYC. If you are reading this just book it! You can thank me later. It?s a solid hotel.

Sub-par at best,
Disliked: We stayed at the Cambria on 46th and 6th for our Anniversary celebration. The hotel itself was fine-HOWEVER, at about 11 pm on Friday night after we had gone to bed for the night another guest was able to use their key and open our hotel door and turn on the lights. This person was just as confused as we were and quickly explained that they had been given keys to our room and that there must have been a mistake. They quickly turned out the lights and left. We were obviously upset about this and we were about to call the front desk when the phone rang. We fully expected this to be an apology call but instead, it was the front desk staff saying that we were not supposed to be assigned to that room and asking how we got in there (obviously we checked in an were given a key) they then made us confirm our identities and were incredibly rude. No apology was issued. We are very upset and put out by the entire situation. Luckily the other guest was polite and luckily we were there at the time- but what if we weren't. This person would have had access to all of our personal belongings. Additionally what if this had happened while one of us were in the shower, etc... This is completely unacceptable for having paid almost $400/night. The way that the staff handled the situation escalated this to a whole other level of unacceptable. We will be following up with the site manager regarding this incident.
