I was happy with this...

Liked: Room had a king size bed, couch, desk area, and cabinet closet with enough room to hang our clothes and shelf in it as well , also had another cabinet with drawers. Bathroom was large enough for 1 person at a time which is expected for NYC and the standup shower was nice, overall a nice room that was larger than I expected for NYC. Location is great as it's half a block from a subway station (2 stops to Times square from this station), is a few blocks from the high line, Chelsea Market, Hudson Yards, and overall the Chelsea area is a great area to stay (it's in the flower district so there are probably 8-10 flower shops all around it on this block). Rooftop bar wasn't really busy but it is a great place to relax on the couches or at one of the tables.
Disliked: Really have no complaints or issues other than you will occasionally hear the horns honking and noise outside at night but it wasn't bad and really that is to be expected if you are going to stay in Manhattan.

Disappointing

Liked: The best thing was it is between 7th and 8th Avenues with train [subway] stops at each end of the block. Also desk personnel were pleasant.
Disliked: Daily maid service was pretty lax: usually only brought 1 barh towel for 2 people, only replaced sheets 1x in 7 days, never washed bathroom floor.

Very good

Liked: It was clean. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Expensive for a here it was. Also when booking it did not inform me they would hold the entire first nights stay as a deposit until after we checked out. That was almost $500. I feel like they should post that.

Great Hotel, Great Location

Liked: Everything. It was a typically small New York hotel room so, manage your expectations and don't expect a palacial space. It's clean, tidy, and well maintained. The staff were all very polite and professional, and made us feel very welcome. The location was absolutely perfect too. You have everything you need right on your doorstep and Times Square is a just a brief walk away.
Disliked: It's small, but pretty much every hotel room in New York is small, unless you have money to burn.
