Liked: Location was excellent—subway and restaurants nearly. Room was large and quiet. Hotel kindly booked our 3 rooms on the same floor.
Disliked: They only offer maid service every three days and we weren’t told that when we checked in. No restaurant or bar service was available.

Liked: Excellent location, beautiful street in the middle of Chelsea midtown area. Easy short walk from Penn station.
Disliked: Unfortunate experience with first room, not clean bedsheets or room in general. However, manager was very accomodating and moved us to another room.

Disliked: Cafe and bar was a little lack lustre, servicing of room needed booking and easily forgotten

Liked: The outside front and lobby were nice.
Disliked: The room was dingy with dust hanging from the lamp shades. The bathroom sink and shower were dirty. I wish it was clearly stated that housekeeping wouldn’t be coming for stays less than 3 nights. I would have chose other accommodations.
