Liked: Would have loved a pool with the heat but still a great property! Friendly and helpful staff.

Liked: Very lovely hotel...I must say the best part was their wonderful staff! Everyone working there was very nice, but Diego at the front desk went out of his way with helpful suggestions and kindest!
Disliked: I probably wouldn't get a room facing the main street again...if I had known ahead of time I would have requested a non front on the street location. Also the parking of 18$ a night is NOT necessary.

No complaints at the Knoll

Liked: A lovely property not too far from centre of Napa. Comfortable and well appointed rooms. Good soundproofing. Friendly efficient staff and a good happy hour.
Disliked: Parking wasn’t free

Disliked: To whom it may concern,I stayed at you're property on June 11th for 1 night. Everything was good with the room/stay. The only issue I had after the check in was, the front desk person gave out my key to someone else and that person enter the room. I was told that the manager was going to addressed this situation and I still haven't heard anything from the manager. I need to know how y'all going to addressed this situation. This incident shouldn't happened at all with any of you're guests.Thank you
