This is a very nice...

Liked: We were there to attend Thunder and it was a perfect location. The room was super clean. Bed was one of the most comfortable I’d ever slept on. Staff was very accommodating.
Disliked: No complaint regarding the property. My issue was that I was charged more for a tax that should have been included in my agreed amount with Booking. I’ve never had this happen before and I’ve used Booking for a long time. Seems like the problem was between Booking and Cambria and I shouldn’t have had it added. It wasn’t a huge amount, but I don’t appreciate any amount being added that I didn’t agree on.

Liked: Location was greatLobby bar was good…
Disliked: I asked the room to be serviced on second day…it did not happen. Coffee shop was not well organized. We had trouble getting out of the parking lot after turning in our keys …we paid for parking but after checkout had to pay $20 to exit lot…ridiculous!!!

If we stayed in Louisville...

Liked: The hotel was very modern, and it was in a great location to walk down to the Ohio River. Parking was convenient and easy. It’s in a great part of town, and it’s across from a delicious brunch restaurant- Wild Eggs. Had I not been traveling with my four-year-old, I would have explored Whiskey Row, which was also a short walk from the hotel. Next time!
Disliked: We tried the two restaurants, and some of the food was not great. I enjoyed my entrees- the veggie wrap (a little greasy but good) and French toast. My husband did not- the veggie burgers were way overdone, and the omelette was very greasy.

I would stay there again.

Liked: Loved the employees, the info they shared, cleanliness, comfort, restaurants, coffee shop. Loved the room and comfort/cleanliness. Quiet and safe. Some of the friendliest most helpful employees I’ve experienced. Treated you like family.
Disliked: The hotel did the best they could with space available for parking. I didn’t know parking would be so limited and that the cost would vary depending on which lot had available spaces. I didn’t really search for all the details about parking before booking however.

Exceptional

Liked: Hotel was amazing loved all the up to date furnishings
Disliked: Bed wasn’t very comfortable and shouldn’t have to pay for parking when paying so much for the room the parking was definitely crammed and not enough spaces for all guest

The rooms were great, but...

Liked: Clean rooms, very spacious. Good amenities. Bathrooms were great.
Disliked: Abysmal parking situation. For such a large hotel there was not NEARLY enough parking. Communication beforehand on how/where to park was also lacking.

Exceptional

Liked: It was clean, close to downtown, and the staff was very helpful

One night, but will definitely...

Liked: Distance to whiskey row and overall safety of location.
Disliked: The pool was very small. If one family was swimming, it was hard to squeeze another one in without being uncomfortable. Other than that, it was good.
