Disliked: Very disorganized. Front desk staff was rude. Also was unaware the only parking option was $55 valet, which was a waste of money because the valet attendant didn’t even bring us our car, he walked us to it when we needed it. Will not stay here again. Not worth the money. Very poor experience.

Disliked: Couldn’t figure out the room design. Was the concrete ceiling just unfinished or the industrial look? If industrial, the 1970’s looking wooden doors didn’t fit

Disappointing

Liked: Only the location. And a check out by a very helpful lady wearing red framed glasses.The view from the room.
Disliked: Check-in by Miss Rseige was quite discourteous and unprofessional. My 8 days stay was ruined.There was an HVAC access in my room. The noises from the HVAC gave us sleepless nights. It was room 1023.There is no room service facility.No laundry service facility.

Would book again, if prices...

Liked: Very nice hotel and big rooms, very friendly staff
Disliked: A bit too expensive - found cheaper offer of the same room on different platform afterwards.

Go elsewhere

Liked: Convenient to where I needed to be.
Disliked: Unhelpful staff. Failed to include my choice privilege number after being told several times. “Nickel and dimed” for various extras. Huge surcharge for parking 2 more hrs which was not made clear.
