Disliked: Very disorganized. Front desk staff was rude. Also was unaware the only parking option was $55 valet, which was a waste of money because the valet attendant didn’t even bring us our car, he walked us to it when we needed it. Will not stay here again. Not worth the money. Very poor experience.

Liked: Beautiful property centrally located in South Boston. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I arrived much earlier than check in and they got me in a room right away.

Convenient but uncomfortable
Liked: Very close to the red line so travelling to my end point was cheap and easy. Gym was good for a hotel!
Disliked: I could not cool my room down so was very hot during the night. Road, train and hvac noise was an issue.The sheets and bed were also pretty uncomfortable so I just didn't sleep very well for 3 days.

Liked: It was ok, nothing particularly good or bad
Disliked: For breakfast seating was severely limited. I’d suggest more tables and a better layour

Liked: The hotel is clean and cozy. It is located close, within walking distance, to some nice restaurants and within easy driving distance to downtown Boston and other areas. There are lots of good restaurants within in a 10-15 minute drive.
Disliked: The breakfast was adequate; some basic bagels, muffins, and croissants. The ceiling of the room had titles with some gray etchings; these made it look dirty, almost like mold. I know it was just the title designs but it was still off putting.

Stay ended up costing me...
Disliked: Housekeeping took my eyeglasses mistakenly and could not locate them. They were more expensive than my stay at the hotel. So, unfortunately, a bad experience. I am certain they were in my room (on the bed) and I was offered no compensation for staff having taken them.
