I was there from Nov 5-8, room 207. It is good if the above issues are in resolved.

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: No phone. Terrible TV cable. Blinds broken; no phone book.

Overall-I d stay here again.

Liked: I liked having housekeeping daily, the landscaping was pretty and the beds were comfortable. Mini kitchenette was a plus too.
Disliked: Some maintenance was needed-paint on baseboards and door jambs, burnt out light bulbs in the exterior lights-nothing major

Pleasant

Liked: The price was on point and the courtyard was beautiful.
Disliked: There were no phones in the room, no alarm clock in the room and the air conditioner was on a preset timer that we could not get it to stay on. Since there was no phones in the rooms we had to walk up to the front office every time there was an issue. The toilet seat wobbled also and there were some baby roaches on top of the cabinet that the TV was on. There was an awful lot of loud music during the evening time at the pool so I did not know if they actually kept quiet hours or pool hours.

Great location and affordable

Liked: Great location and restaurants available within walking distance. Plenty free parking in open area and limited free sheltered parking.
Disliked: The room is quite spacious but not well maintained such as cracked toilet handle. The room is not sound proof from outside the corridor. I can hear people talking outside my room and I don't understand why hotel staffs working as early as 4am that I couldn't sleep due to the noises they made. The room also has peculiar smell every time I entered but it wasn't that bad.
