Disliked: Room was really too tiny.( friends also stayed and had a much better bigger room) Bed not very comfortable and was small No room for bedside cabinets. Steps up to en suite Expensive for this small room

Great base for walking

Liked: Comfortable, friendly and popular hotel and restaurant. Quiet at night in spite of popularity of restaurant. Menu was varied and food fresh and plentiful. Good base for walks around Pendle Hill. Be aware that is close to main road and probably need to drive to get into centre of Clitheroe. We tried walking in but wasn't a great route. However, it does mean that is very convenient for stopovers and for getting to other areas.

Liked: Had lovely time. Met all of my expectations. All of the staff were amazing. Went above and beyond.
Disliked: The bathroom could do with a little TLC.
