Melissa, Spring Valley, visiting Glen Helen Amphitheater

Room was available for early check-in which was awesome. Very clean. Knowing there were a lot of concert goers staying there, it was quiet. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Liked: Front desk staff was very pleasant.
Disliked: Room smelled a little stale when we got there. Just opened the window for about 30 minutes and all was well.

Disliked: No hot water. Waited 20 minutes. Had to take a cold shower. When I told lady at the desk. She argued with me.

Better places to spend your...

Liked: The place looked clean and well maintained, plus the pool looked inviting
Disliked: It’s very basic for the price. Barely enough soap, no extras like shampoo or conditioner included, and the shower never got hot despite waiting a few minutes to warm up; so a cold shower it is. Plus the housekeepers wake you up, for no reason in the morning. It’s a place you go in and out of, not a place you’d go to relax

It was a perfect place...

Liked: This place was a great value and a great location. The beds were comfertable and the room was clean. The spa was cold, but they turned it on and it only took 15 min to get hot. We enjoyed that.
Disliked: The water in the room took a long time to get hot, there were no screens on the window .

Great place. Older, but great...

Liked: Loved that they offered a room with 3 queen beds, not just a pull out bed from the couch. I wish all hotels would offer this with larger families. We all know those pullout beds are super uncomfortable.
