Liked: The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. Good television reception.
Disliked: People in the hallways early in the morning apparently checking for unlocked doors woke us severaltimes. Reception ceiling was covered in mildew. Cups in the dining room were dirty. Pool was dirty. Booking.com advertised two pools, there was one reached via a filthy stairway which lead to reception. Seemed silly to get off on floor two then descend back to floor one. A pool beside a busy road wasn't attractive anyway. I think the photos are a little misleading on the outside of the hotel.

Good location and value for...

Liked: The property was perfect for us as we were meeting friends for dinner at Dunwoodies which is right next door. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: The fold out bed mattress was old and very hard.

Liked: Clean room and comfortable beds.Basic room. Room adequate for one night. Good location close to airport.
Disliked: Public areas smelt of cigarette smoke.Pool badly needed a clean.

Liked: Good location for a one night stopover.
Disliked: On arrival looked impressive, reception staff lovely. Dinner in the restaurant was a different experience. Mozzies flying around. The head waitress wasn’t pleasant or welcoming, she behaved in a way which indicated we were an inconvenience but we were the only people in the restaurant. We could hear room service orders coming in on the phone and realised she clearly didn’t want actual face to face customers. Next morning was a similar experience with another member of staff. A man this time, brusque, non smiling, clipped tones, again actual live people were a nuisance, they preferred room service requests. Food was good though, so our advice is, order room service!
