I would highly recommend to...

Liked: We enjoyed as a family the space mainly . wifi worked perfectly and the comfort was extravagant just what we needed! Lovely customer service and we were so comfortable
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Liked: The space of the apartment was bigger then i thought
Disliked: Nothing

Basic accommodation at a reasonable...

Liked: We were arriving late at night and the staff did a great job of providing us with directions and codes to access our room, well after reception had closed. Two bedroom separated by a living room was a good set up for a family.
Disliked: It was looking a little tired and I’m not sure how thoroughly the place had been cleaned e.g. there was a shift roster on the fridge.

Good location but the apartment...

Liked: Internet was good, good TV with Netflix great location was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable, the aircon in the bedroom was noisy. Had to slam the door to shut it.

Suited us for the night.

Liked: very secure. Room was clean. Value for money. Friendly staff.
Disliked: We only stayed the one night. The bathroom needs an update and unfortunately I had to kill 4 cockroaches when we got in that night. These were of the smaller type not the big fly in ones. They were in the bathroom and some near the fridge. It is north Queensland and as a local I am used to the roaches but a tourist may be a little more worried.
