Liked: Bed was super comfortable. Nice big bathroom. Hot tub was hot.
Disliked: Everything was so spread apart, no lounge areas in the casino and the bars were not as expected. Pool was too hot. Was never informed of the rule that there was no alcohol allowed in the room. Little choice to order in food to the room unless you wanted to walk a mile to the front lobby to meet a delivery service. Slots hardly had any play back, it was just like feeding them money. And $6.99 for the atm was a slap in the face.

Very disappointing 2 night stay,...

Liked: Spagos food and service was excellent. Value for the money was also very good
Disliked: Registration was very cumbersome, not at the front door. Accessibility was horrific, as our arrival was with Valet parking. Car had to be unloaded, on arrival (in the Valet parking area) registration didn't take too long, but we then had to proceed thru the casino to our room in the Forum Tower. After arriving at our room, I then had to retrace my steps (thru the casino) to self park the car. The only resolution to use Valet Parking at $25. Loyalty program, is really non existent. The $10 food voucher isn't good a very many restaurants in the Casino, just 2. Neros and Legends, both very expensive with the food not worth it.

Liked: Staff was great, very helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great.
Disliked: Access to the lobby. It’s a maze trying to find reception. You need to go through the entire second floor to get to reception, toting all your luggage, only to be sent back to the other side of the building if you’re staying in the Forum tower. No freezer as part of the fridge in the room. Microwave only supplied for ‘medical reasons’.Public bathrooms on casino floor were not very clean.
