Liked: Nero's beautiful dinner. Good choice of slots and casino quieter than some, which was nice.
Disliked: In particular, the layout of the whole property is exhausting! Concrete floors that go on forever with a floorplan that easily gets frustrating. Forget about finding spa or pool. Bringing in luggage from the 4th floor garage bridge goes thru a maze of casino to 2nd floor reception otherwise one goes via the outside, where there is no direct or covered route. Shouldn't HAVE to hire a bellman or park valet - in Windsor! Don't know how mobility challenged or families manage. Movement from the room tower to restaurant required help from one of the kind employees who took us all the way to Nero's. Layout put a damper on the stay. Also look out for fees which add more $$ than originally thought.
