Liked: I had a great experience at the Caesar Hotel London,The staff were extremely friendly and helpful,The room was a bit small but overall it was extremely clean, had everything I needed, and comfy.The location is excellent, very close to Hyde park, Bayswater and Queensway stations.The breakfast was very goodIt was an excellent stay, and will definitely consider again when visiting London.

Liked: Went into one room didn’t have absolutely nothing my friend next door had fridge Coffee Machine and and the room was more modern when mine had nothing and we paid the same, so I expect the same When I’m complained and got a upgrade and the room was much more modern than the other one but shower was stuck in the corner with no privacy and so was the toilet and bedroom was getting wet from the shower water going under the floor and was very smelly. Damp made a complaint and got upgraded again but had to pay £30 extra, and the last room was very nice had nothing to complain about that one but I had free rooms within 24 hours and every room is different. One side of the hotel is modern well the other side it changes carpet lighting rooms everything never seen a hotel do half-and-half One side Neww one side modern one side Victorian wouldn’t stay again
