Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the setting and room weee amazing.
Disliked: There was a lot of walking and my mum has mobility issues. Not expecting so much walking we didn’t bring her wheelchair. Our room was down a flight of 11 steps. I asked at reception was there much walking the room and I was told three was a couple of steps. My mum could have managed a couple which I assumed was 2 or 3 at most. I feel that on booking we should have been made aware of the layout of the hotel. My mum has stayed in numerous hotel and has never had this bother so I didn’t think to say. I feel we should definitely have been made aware of the number of steps to our room as again we’ve never stayed in a hotel where all rooms had disabled access.
