Liked: Good facilities and clean
Disliked: Could not sleep due to a creaky door outside the room being opened and closed constantly through the night which felt like someone was coming into the room. At 5am the room directly above became what seemed like a war prep room with loud stomping, pots and pans bashing about and constant movement which meant a sleepless night and morning.

Liked: Hotel is nice, location is good and convenient
Disliked: In the morning a bit noisy

Superb

Liked: Very nice faculty! Especially the reception and the person who cleaned our room. She carefully placed my Jellycat little dragon on the bed every time she cleaned, which is so moving. And the room is spacious as well. 我的房型体验很好！

Worth the stay for the...

Liked: The room was very clean. Breakfast was 7/10 but Breakfast staff was the cutest! They helped us a lot. The price is a little bit high but 5 mins walking to Hyde Park, definitely worth it.
Disliked: The room was really small and the receptionist could be more smiling, we thought he didn’t like us. :)But he was very helpful for our requests.

Excellent location

Liked: Bed was very comfortable. Staff was kind.
Disliked: The walls were paper thin.

Good value for London

Liked: Clean and comfortable, with a good shower.2 streets way from the tube (15mins)
Disliked: WiFi was intermittentSqueaky floorboards by dresserElevator under repairs 2 nights running

I enjoyed my stay ....

Liked: Location was excellent. The 24 hr front desk was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast staff very warm, diligent and food good. The ability to open a window was very welcome as was the view of trees.
Disliked: The room decor was a little utilitarian . Could do w a little freshen up to match the beautiful exterior.
