We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and location was perfect. We had the windows open all night and it was so quiet!
Disliked: The bed was a bit too hard as were the pillows

Very good place for city...

Liked: Perfect location, close to any important spots to visit, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms, quiet area so you can have good rest. I will choose to stay at for sure.

A nice place for a...

Liked: Good location, nice neighborhood, green walk to the Buckingham and Westminster through the parks (Kensington, Hyde, Green), close to the Central and Circle tubesThe breakfast was excellent
Disliked: There might be chilly and uncomfortable in the basement rooms, better look for the 2nd floor and up

We stayed for two nights...

Liked: The room was good, breakfast was great, the location near Hyde Park was great and the staff were really helpful with our holding our bags before check in and after check out so that we could sight see in London.

Exceptional

Liked: Very good location, nice and clean hotel, very good breakfast. Near a tube.

Superb

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, the Full English Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Our television did not work during the three days of our stay.
