Liked: The hotel was amazing , clean and entertainment at night

Absolutely loved the hotel very...

Liked: The staff absolutely made this place. Really disappointing that the spa was closed easter sunday when thats the day we wanted massages
Disliked: Some of the food was disappointing but some of it ie afternoon tea was excellent!

Liked: Beautiful hotel in a great location staff were so friendly and helpful I requested a low floor as I have mobility issues and lift was out of service reception lady was so kind and managed to get me a lovely room on 1st floor beds very comfortable and big rooms and bathroom spotlessly clean breakfast was good with a lot of variety to suit every taste
Disliked: Everything was perfect

Disliked: Lift didn't work. Revolving doors which is a struggle with a suitcase.

It's a good hotel, but...

Disliked: I asked for a 6.45 breakfast. I did get one, but supposedly not possible.

Comfortable, quiet, well equipped, beautiful...

Liked: Perfect location for exploring Buxton and Derbyshire. It's a beautiful hotel and had everything we needed. We only stayed one night, in transit but would come again.
