Liked: location was excellent, room was a good size.
Disliked: it is a very hot summer, there was air conditioning but could not be controlled in the room so was inadequate which made sleeping difficult. we opened the windows but it overlooked the courtyard of the pub where people were drinking so it got a bit noisy.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel is opulent and staff were amazing and went over and beyond. Especially Reita and the Manager to ensure both my friend and I were supported with Ceoliac disease. Nothing more could have been done. The food was outstanding.Ive not stop talking about this place with my friends, work colleagues. Situated in perfect location feels like ur in country but near by facilties shops, bars and flower stall. Truly beautiful location with tudor and victoriana buildings.Will defo be back in a few months hopefully with some other friends. Thank you so much for the huge welcome, we felt like royalty.

Liked: Excellent location, central to town.Very helpful staff. Lovely room.Very nice food intge restaurant.
Disliked: Room was rather dark. Could do with more or better lights, especially the bathroom.
