Good..would definitely stay again when...

Liked: Liked breakfast area. Very accommodating with special request for breakfast. Staff very friendly, helpful
Disliked: Problem with lights in room…main light not working. Reported to reception in morning…not a problem for me as late arrival and straight to bed!

the hotel was great for...

Liked: Staff service was excellent. Location excellent for my purpose.
Disliked: Layout of hotel. It was a very long walk to my room from reception and not an on overall pleasant one. I didn't really like reception area with a table of laptops to welcome you.

Lost In A Campus

Liked: Pleasant staff.
Disliked: Over priced accommodation and meals.. Difficult to navigate around for elderly people. Limited storage space in rooms. Rotting window frame. Hotel was hidden without signage in a vast campus.
