Liked: Room was a little hot on arrival and stayed warm during my stay, it was however the hottest weekend of the year.Evening meal was great although the service was slow but again they were busy as had a large function on.Breakfast was great, no complaints there.Overall I was satisfied with the facilities and staff were welcoming.
Disliked: Room temperature.

Disliked: What I didn't like about the hotel was that the self checking service was inefficient. You couldn't sort it without assistance and the few assistance there were busy. Dinner was poor- takes hours to get a table for the restaurant so had to go for the buffet which was over prices and of poor quality.

Disliked: Weather was warm and the window had restricted opening for security....but not a major problem.
