Amazing, fun, comfortable and lots...

Liked: Welcomed in brilliantly, room was fantastic, facilities were unreal! Easy to find and lots of parking.
Disliked: The food, when we left the spa at 8:45/50 the food place (fifty - i think) wouldn’t let us in for food! So had to then get something delivered.

Disliked: Reception self-check in was super slow!Bar service was terribly slow!The room was extremely hot - and the weather wasn’t even that good! (It was too chilli to sit outside for aperitives!). Despite having the window open and the fan on for the entire duration, it was far too hot to sleep in the room.I am usually a very good sleeper, but I woke several times during the night due to the heat. To adding insult to injury - the fridge in the room which ventilation was adding to the heat, was entirely empty! The staff clearly knows the rooms are awfully hot (look at previous reviews!!), the least you could expect is a few bottles of ice cold water!!! I mentioned this at the reception - but the staff clearly didn’t know how to react - terrible customer service!The restaurant was super slow - we arrived 20mins early, but despite having a booking for more guests than actually turned up, the wait for food was over 1 hour and 15mins..!
