I thought the hotel was a little outdated and that the cost for this hotel at $150 a night was a little on the high side. It would have been more reasonably priced between $89-$99 per night.

Liked: The hotel staff themselves were very nice and I found the waitress in the restaurant to be exceptional.
Disliked: Kids were allowed to stay in rooms by themselves and there was a sports event with many kids on our floor. They were running around and slamming doors and yelling all night long until I had to finally call the front desk at midnight to say we couldn't sleep. Security was called and they quietened down for about 5 minutes only to continue on until about 2:30am.

Liked: The room was so clean, I was very impressed.
Disliked: The door to the room was very heavy so it would slam shut.

Liked: Location is good and refurbished room were modern and nice. Friendly staff and special thanks to Andrew who assisted with my business needs in business station
Disliked: Undergoing renovation and so dusty, noisy in morning as you would expect. Once renovation is complete hotel will be more attractive to visit

Easy Thruway access for a...

Liked: Easy thruway access! The gym is large and we basically had it to ourselves which is always nice. The best part of the gym by far was actually that the water is bottled. I never knew the cups and fountain bothered me until I had easy grab n go access to bottles! The room was a good size though there are not many walkable restaurants around so if you get in late have food with you already.
Disliked: Parking can be tricky as the hotel fills up since currently half the parking lot is storage containers for the renovations they are doing.
