Disliked: Room and hotel were dingy and just cringe worthy. I know things get expensive around the Derby, but this hotel was not worth changing $200/night. It looked more like what is charged by the hour. Complete with white stains on the curtains

Disliked: To many extra chairs and items in the room. Also the towels had stains in them and the shower only had cold water.

Disliked: No fridge and microwave despite being listed as included in jacuzzi room. No remote for tv. Shower is clogged. Also the Poor toilet design makes water spills over easy. Unusable internet.

Disliked: I could never get a hot shower, they were always painting a stairwell so it made it very inconvenient to get to your room, also part of the 2nd floor balcony fell apart and there was a gaping hole

We will NEVER stay again!

Liked: The place needs to be shut down! Unbelievably, gross, nasty, unclean, and deplorable! Every single thing was dirty! And not to mention the drug users and dealers all over the property, along with homeless people. When you get there, they'll claim they can't find your booking reservation. Beware of your bedding when you stay. Always check for roaches and bedbugs!

Liked: Cheap one night room. Staff is usually friendly, rooms are large but furniture is old. By a bad area of town. Has trouble processing third party apps
Disliked: Needs updated. But hotel had been working on improvements slowly. Payment services from apps needs fixed ASAP.
