They should not be allowed to add on booking at all its a disservice to your customers

Disliked: They added free breakfast, but it wasn't even close to a continental. They had pkg blueberrie muffins for food and a picture of juice and a pot of coffee. I told the host at checking that it was totally lacking. She said, that's what they had to offer. The room they put me in was in total disrepair, the bathroom sink leaked from the pipes under the counter type.
