Budget Inn Hollywood

Disliked: I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. We didn't get the room we needed. The manager was rude to me. When I cancelled my room he would not take my calls. In fact, when I called it took me a half an hour of constant calling and when Brij (manager) decided to answer he hung up on me twice. He is charging me the cancellation fee which I will dispute. If I were you I would take this hotel off your list. Horrible, just horrible!

Disliked: The rooms were very dirty, smelled like cigarettes, only one small end table to place things, no storage, or desk. Dirty mattresses, and sheets

Liked: They advertise a new and remodeled place and instead, they wanted to put me and my family in an old and run down motel room. So I rejected it. And called in instantly to cancel.
