It felt like home.

Liked: Having Bryant Park literally right outside the front door was amazing as were the views of the park from our room. The staff were absolutely the most welcoming, friendly and accommodating people we have ever encountered! They made us feel like family and we really appreciated the time and attention they gave our family, especially my 7 year old granddaughter who was treated like royalty!
Disliked: We liked everything and hope to return many more times.

Great location and comfortable hotel.

Liked: Lovely hotel, we have stayed here often. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Location is amazing. Room size is good. Perfect wifi and amenities.
Disliked: Morning coffee could start earlier and include hot water. The additional free muffins are not really necessary, it creates some chaos with the guests who fill bags of them for their entire family.

Liked: Great location, beautiful modern room and big size to New York. Very clean and pleasant.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Coffee and muffins every morning was nice.Comfortable bed and nice textile.
Disliked: No option to make coffee in the room
