Don’t waste your money. Absolutely...

Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: The room looks as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Dust on shelves. Rat position box’s under the bed, with dust and large bits of rubbish. Not to mention the blood on the wall boards. And the elevator is faulty. Certainly won’t be coming back. Didn’t eat any food here due to the cleanliness off the room!

Liked: Close to hyde park
Disliked: Breakfast very poor no proper sausage or bacon. Lift wasn't working and we were on level 4 with children. Couldn't get into our room on Sunday as they didn't even know we were there for 2 nights so had checked us out and werw delayed going to concert inhyde park because if this.

Nice hotel

Liked: Location close to tube and hyde park on a friendly neighborhood
Disliked: Breakfast arrangements was not fun. They have limited number of tables, so they ask you to wait on the lobby to be called to your turn, but other people that wait by the restaurant door might get your spot. I think they need to come up with a buzzer system like in restaurants to avoid that.

Liked: Thank you to the hotel staff, especially the reception, their treatment is very excellent. The rooms are clean and the hotel is located close to Hyde Park, the city center and the services

Wonderful stay in a fabulous...

Liked: The hotel is in a great location. Lots of places to choose from for dinners but mainly Italian restaurants. Staff were very helpful in getting me booked for an extra nights stay.
Disliked: Could have had more selection for breakfast.
