This independent family-owned hotel provides a peaceful location just outside Chester's historic center yet only a 10-minute walk from the center of the city's amenities and attractions. Pleasant

Liked: Good sized room, bigger than I expected. Pleasant and attentive staff. Decent breakfast, with vegetarian options. Toiletries supplied in the good sized bathroom.
Disliked: The bed was soft and comfortable, however, the mattress was sloping in the centre, which caused 'roll together.'
