I think I have said...

Liked: Only had the light breakfast first two days as I was meeting friends in the area for lunch on both occasions, which was ample and was only charged a minimal amount ,on third day had full breakfast which was cooked and presented very well,more than I could eat. Property was great with an old fashion feel agood place to spend a relaxing few days,would liked to have stayed longer but flight schedules home made our stay short.
Disliked: Can't think of any negative other than my onsuite was a bit small but that was due to the footprint of the old building and what they had to work with

Hard to find on Sat...

Liked: Good atmosphere. Quirky and welcoming.
Disliked: Disappointed there was no serv8ce for evening dining at the start of the week. Sunday dining finished at 4pm. Went to eat elswhere on three occasions. Bathroom needs updating.

As expected all very good

Liked: We only used the room for the night and we know the location very well as we stay at Oakham quite regularly to see a friend of ours.
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Liked: Lovely old inn full of old world charm. Great food and friendly helpful staff. Ideally placed for exploring Ruland Water and surrounds. Good parking. Delightful outside courtyard.
Disliked: For us a somewhat limited menu

Liked: Staff incredible, despite Booking,com having cancelled my booking with them they sorted quickly didn't ask me to pay again and gave me an upgrade for having to wait a little for them to sort things.

Liked: Room was very small, decoration was very poor, Very tired and food poor quality.
Disliked: Everything, too expensive for what you get.

Superb
