The Most Perfect Hotel in...
Liked: This hotel is beyond amazing! Every single aspect is exceptional. The location is perfect, the staff couldn't have done more for us and the facilities are second to none. We were going to a play at the Harold Pinter Theatre which was only a quick 5-10 minute walk away, passed lots of gorgeous little shops and bars, perfect for West End visits! The car park was about a one minute walk away. The gorgeous little touches made it a truly personal and wonderful experience. We will 1000% be staying here again!
Disliked: There's absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel!

Magical and extremely comfortable.
Liked: It was a very cozy environment with a very personal and friendly staff. Everyone I encountered was ready to help me with whatever I needed. This was what i expected from a boutique hotel experience. Highly recommended for those traveling alone or with a partner.
Disliked: A steam room would have been nice.

Liked: Disappointing experience despite being a returning guest.I booked a suite through Booking, but when I arrived at 3 PM, it wasn’t ready. After returning around midnight, I found myself in a basic corner room — definitely not what I had booked. When I called reception, a manager came up, seemed possibly intoxicated, and told me he had no time to deal with me. No follow-up or apology was offered the next day.This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. On a previous stay, strong food smells from another room filled mine during the night. The manager sprayed perfume in the hallway, which only made things worse. I was moved at 3 AM — again, no apology or gesture after.I’ve stayed here multiple times and even brought friends to the hotel. But the lack of basic hospitality, communication, and care is unacceptable — especially given the hotel’s appearance and price point.
