Comfortable landing spot

Liked: The water was replaced everyday, the housekeeping staff did a great job, the front office staff were always pleasant & welcoming. Very comfortable room after a day of exploring.
Disliked: I can't think of anything I didn't like

The most The most perfect...

Liked: The hotel is in the most perfect location and you can easily walk to all the attractions. It is on a road called Broadway which runs all the way through the Manhattan area so very easy to know where you are. The hotel is exceptional and our family room 407 had a view of the top of the Empire State Building. It was an exceptionally large room and beds were super large and comfy. We couldn’t find a fault with the hotel and would recommend to anyone visiting New York. Thank you to Gaston and Cris and all the other staff as well for their kindness, helpful and friendly greetings in the front desk. We would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Nice and accomodating staff. The rooms are very VERY big and comfortable. Great showers and beds. Supreme location near many restaurants, parks and right by the subway.

Liked: Perfect location with spacious rooms and super clean. Every single staff member from the front desk, door person, house keepers, etc all were helpful and friendly. I'd stay here again in an instant!

Superb

Liked: I loved almost EVERYTHING, amazing hotel, super Friendly staff, great rooms, everything is new) and the room has ALL you need
Disliked: Wifi is really poor, you can’t do a video call at all, so if you plan working from the hotel - forget abt it.
