Overall, I am very satisfied,...

Liked: The service staff is very friendly, the location is good, and there are enough supplies but you have to ask the counter staff for them.
Disliked: You have to pay an extra 40 dollars per day, which is an unexpected fee, including the replacement of water and coffee. On the first morning, they knocked on the door at 9 o'clock to ask for cleaning, which is earlier than other hotels.

All-in-all a perfect place to...

Liked: The location of the hotel is the first big plus, everything you need on a daily basis is just around the corner. Second, the staff is extremely nice and professional from the manager to the cleaning staff. Our room was fairly large and had an amazing view. At nighttime it was very quiet despite the busy area.

Exceptional

Overall very good, yet they...

Liked: After initial correction and giving feedback that it is very unprofessional to enter the client room, when it is locked from inside the management of the hotel stepped in and send a very nice bottle of wine to say sorry and made sure I had a pleasant stay
Disliked: I felt unsafe in the hotel as many times even when having do not disturb sign on the doors I had people knocking to my door and once when having shower the cleaning person entered the room, even when it was closed with the internal lock from inside. That was an experience I never had in my life.

Everything We Had Hoped For...

Liked: We spent a week staying at this wonderful hotel as the main part of our 3oth Anniversary Celebrations and what an amazing stay we had. From the second we walked through the door we knew we had made the right choice for our stay. A huge thank you to all the team including Christian, Lazaro, Zaia, Jesus, Anthony and Mike who were always ready with a welcome, smile or to answer any questions.Our room on the 10th floor was just perfect with a huge comfortable Kingsize Bed (at least Superking in UK bed sizes) and a fantastic view of The Empire State Building as well as the streets below. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (including good quality coffee :)).The location was also perfect and just a couple of minutes walk from the subway and less than a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. There were a number of restaurants and bars nearby as well as fantastic Gelato Cafe. There is an excellent supermarket (Fairways) less than a five minute walk away and also great deli's (Sunac Deli was great for breakfast rolls and bagels).Madison Square Park is just a couple of minutes walk away and it is perfect for people watching or sitting on one of the loungers or seats to have a morning coffee and breakfast roll whilst watching the world go by.In terms of location, hotel choice, room and staff we really couldn't have asked for anymore for our perfect trip to celebrate our milestone Anniversary. We would just like to say a huge thanks to the whole team at The Broadway Plaza Hotel for helping add to such a special trip where we created so many treasured memories along the way.

Comfortable, safe & beautiful, a...

Liked: The room was beautiful & felt very safe. I had a terrace to sit on which looked directly at the Empire State Building. So wonderful! The room felt spacious & clean. I loved my stay so much!
Disliked: The staff was very kind when I asked for anything, but multiple times when I walked through the lobby they were talking to each other & did not acknowledge me. I think that it's great to enjoy your co-workers, in fact I think it's very important for morale, but stopping to acknowledge guests should be an easy thing to do. Especially because then you can just go back to your conversation when the guest continues by.
