Liked: Above my expectations, the exceptional location, the unexpected comfort, the functional layout and the cleanliness of the room (the staff were always very helpful and friendly).

Liked: Spacious and nicely decorated rooms for NYCExtremely pleasant helpful staff Waters and snacks in every room!
Disliked: Glass shower door is extremely heavy and difficult to open/close

Liked: + the staff and the cleaning of the room+ Facilities are great and the two queen beds in our room were super comfy. Bathroom was excellent+ Location is very good and the neighbourhood is much better than living around times square
Disliked: N/A - i would definitely recommend and will be back.

Excellent stay, great value, and...

Liked: The room was exceptionally large for NYC. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out family of 5 fit perfectly in our room, with lots of space to spare! Very clean! Loved the room was stocked with waters each day. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Great central location and the 28th St. subway is right next door!
Disliked: Our room wasn't able to be ready before 3:00 (check-in) - but that is not their fault, and we did arrive early but they very gladly stored our luggage!

Liked: staff was great - someone opening the door for us on our way out or in was a nice touch! I also left some jewelry in the room after I checked out and they held it for me safely.

A gem of a hotel...

Liked: It’s beautiful, staff is wonderful and there are little cafes (street blocked off) right outside, with a handy Starbucks on the corner. View from balcony is as advertised!!
Disliked: The elevator is pretty slow. No counter space in bathroom.
