Great Breakfast. Friendly Staff.

Liked: Lovely Breakfast—all you would want. The room is dated, but that's not an issue. There is no soundproofing between rooms or the corridor. Would have liked a kettle. It seemed a little expensive. The staff were friendly. Room was Clean. The bed was comfortable. It was fine for the night.

Liked: Told that breakfast was included - it was not !!!Very poor and still waiting for refund !!!!
Disliked: Lack of understanding and staff were not helpful at all.We will not be using this hotel again.

Liked: The young man at reception was lovely we arrived late and left early and he was very polite . Easy check in
Disliked: Bed too soft ! Not sound proof

Liked: Close to a good bus service into the city centre.
Disliked: The restaurant floor was dirty. We had one evening meal when there. There was a massive red beetle that came out of my green salad. All the staff did was replace the salad thus all other food was cold. No apology.
