I checked in December 12. 2018. I checked out the same day. I was there a couple of hours. Sitting on the bed watching TV a bed bug crawled out from under my sheets. I called management and showed them the bed bug. They said I could get a different room or my money back. I got out of there fast! This was a Days Inn. They usually are nice and clean. Not this one!

I would definitely stay at this hotel again and refer it to friends.

Liked: Great price; staff was very friendly and courteous and very pleased with our room.

Nice with housekeeping drawback

Liked: They renovated well, nice choices, good intentions.
Disliked: The cleaning was subordinate. Fingerprints, streaks, unpolished light switches with smears, hair in bathroom corners. The housekeeping was not well supervised or elevated. Eventually the hotel will be downright grimey.

Exceptional

Nice quiet stay that checked...

Liked: Location was convenient and quiet. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Temperature in room was easy to change. Breakfast was OK - scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage. Would've liked some potatoes and regular yogurt.
Disliked: Would be nice to know second floor has only steps, no elevator. This is only an issue if someone in your group has trouble with stairs. We might have been able to get first floor if we asked.

Bed was comfortable but I...

Liked: Close by a relative we were visiting.
Disliked: I spilled some water on the floor and in wiping it up...it was very dirty. The flooring is grey tone so hard to see if it is dirty but it was.

Perfect for short stay near...

Liked: Clean room and clean breakfast area. The room was fairly spacious for 4 people. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was near the attractions we wanted to attend.

It was ok but Overpriced...

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Price was High for this hotel vs others in the area. This had a high rating vs others in the area and it wasn't as nice as others we stay at in the area, feel that the rating is wrong. Staff was very nice, but the facilities weren't as nice as looked in picture. This is more of a middle priced hotel and priced high.The door handle in bathroom had cleaner all over it, saw a black spider in the hall close to room, amenities felt cheap, Windows in room were cheap and when touched them felt like glass might come out.
