Ideal for a short stay...

Liked: Perfect location to visit the old town. Spacious room. Reasonably quiet.
Disliked: A detail: leaking shower, needs to be tightened.

Delightful Stay in Bern

Liked: The location in the old town was excellent. It was a quiet location and the room was very comfortable.
Disliked: There were no complaints with this stay. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Liked: Placed in Old Town, excellent.Very clean and nice room. Old fashioned, but not old.Staff in reception, got lots of help and advice about the city.
Disliked: A little hard beds according to my wife, but I liked them.

Liked: The location is super. Walking distance to all sightseeings, and restaurants / cafe all around.

Bern Exploration Trip

Liked: Great location in the old town, 15-20 mins stroll from the train station . Tram service outside the door. Nice clean rooms and quirky decor
Disliked: Not a lot really.

Liked: Location was great - close to everything + to the bus stationThey provided coffee and coffee machine
Disliked: For some unknown reason they took half of our towels after the first day so we were left with only 2 towels for our second day. It seams they didn’t even clean the room(we didn’t need to have it cleaned though and we didn’t ask for it), but it was weird that they just took the towels without adding replacements. We came in back to the hotel late in the evening and the reception was closed so there was nowhere to complain about it

Liked: Located in the old city of Bern, warm welcome from the desk office employee, the cleanliness of the whole hotel is great. The room was very charming, the bathroom very clean and quite big. Bed mattress were comfy.
Disliked: lack of diversity of choice at breakfast, it is also possible that I arrived at the end of the service; the food on offer was of good quality.
