Excellent location and friendly staff.

Liked: The location to the beach was excellent
Disliked: Nothing other than the pool was closed but we could use next door pool. The room was incredibly hot, although it was to be expected in a heat wave!! ☀️ ☀️

Liked: I was disappointed with the overall room appearance and curtain hanging off shower didn't work, and the toilet was blocked I was promised a refund and said they would refund back to booking.com and still no sign of refund and have been a while now also windows did not open ..
Disliked: Says beach front location, which isn't its cliff and long walk down to the main beach. Our stay was one night, and we couldn't even have a shower before our important day for the uni open day.The breakfast is 15 each and not the quality for 30 you would expect.

Liked: we are transferred to adjacent hotel, but it was good. The room size is good and balcony is also nice. only things that annoyed us is water pressure is shower is not enough and too slow.

Appalling hotel, dirty, with broken...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Very dirty, the furniture was broken, the walls were dirty, lots of hazards in the bathroom and the window was broken, could not be closed. I have approached the receptionist and he came across very patronising and informed me that there is no maintenance until morning. Did not offer to come and have a look or move us into another room, HE DID NOT APOLOGISE EITHER. I find the facilities appalling for the price charged. I have been left to sleep with a 1 year old with a broken window and the night was cold. Also, we have been charged for parking. How fair is this and why it is advertised on the website that there is parking available FREE but then I have had to pay £20 for 24 hours?!I have plenty more pictures to show how bad it was!
