Nice and child friendly

Liked: It’s nice but looks old already.
Disliked: The floor when you step it- it’s as if going to fall and create sound already

Passable

Liked: We loved the outdoor pool and we were lucky to have used it when the water was just newly replaced.
Disliked: The room is sooo dated and in need of refurbishing. No a/c when it’s boiling hot.

Good

Liked: I liked that they offer drink vouchers for environmentally friendly practice (using same towels). The view from the room was great. Size of room was also very good.
Disliked: Breakfast was a good offer of various things but eggs were not very fresh.

Exceptional

Liked: It was a brilliant say it is a shame we couldn't say long. The staff were helpful and really lovely people.
Disliked: There is nothing to dislike about the hotel and staff.

Superb

Fabulous view from spacious double...

Liked: Friendly staff on reception and in restaurant.Good location away from the bustle of Bournemouth centre.Magical view from our balcony.Spacious room with tea/coffee/hot chocolate.Comfy soft bed.
Disliked: The property is dated and looks tired.There is no power to the shower and the sink tap.There was no discount for hotel guests for the car park (£20) for the night.Toilet paper quite thin.
