Liked: The hotel was a little dated and the charge for parking was a bit of a curveball but otherwise the stay was pleasant and the staff were friendly

Liked: Location and friendliness of the staff. Pool was fun
Disliked: Bathroom needed fixing up, swimming pool areas in need of a good clean and pool needs significant fixes to take place

Liked: Great inside pool and outside pool for the kids , rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Needs a little bit of a re vamp bit tired around the edges looks wise in the bathrooms

Liked: Outside pool area was nice. Good location
Disliked: Very dated place. Needs a lot of work. Jacuzzi broken. Shower very old and the water pressure so low.

Loved our stay here.

Liked: Excellent view of sea from our room. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Heating/cooling worked fine. Looking forward to visiting again.
Disliked: Check in plus check out timings. Check in at 4 pm is very late and check out at 11 am is very early.. both should be 12 in my opinion

All in all ,we enjoyed...

Liked: Lovely and spacious building,room was ok,small indoor pool was great for the kids,glimpses of the sea from windows,unless you take a upper floor room with balcony ;) food was ok,a shame that was nothing entertaining during weekend like a band playing or something to keep guests engaged.Staff were great,especially the lovely receptionist Iris,which was professional,helpful and super nice!Carlton Hotel is placed in a great location,about 3-4 minutes walk to the beach ,which was wonderful.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that the room was not very clean (I.e carpet was not hoovered,or not hoovered properly;bathroom furniture and the bathtub were quite dirty ,stained; having a toddler I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself and just with a sponge ,washing up liquid and disinfectant came out cleaner than it was!So I suggest you give your cleaning team a heads up on this matter or give them some more training!Also room phone did not work,was told that they will send someone to check ,it never happened.
