Liked: Noisy all night room right next to the walkway off the swimming pool. No signal, hard bed, bathroom tiny and no privacy !!!

Liked: The rooms we booked were very nice, double room & family room, staff pleasant, afternoon tea we booked in the Walton lounge was very nice, thanks to Cordelia for sorting that for us,
Disliked: It was a shame that the jacuzzi was out of order & had clearly not been cleaned out.

Liked: Beautiful setting, the hotel has a lot of character. The outside grounds are beautiful.
Disliked: Attitude of staff in reception, Restaurant (evening only). Very little information given in the spa it would be helpful if information was given about needing a padlock. I had originally booked for 2 nights as the booking had been done separately we were told we had to check out to check back in again at 3 pm the next day. I have food allergies and in the evening in the restaurant we told a member of staff after 15 minutes they got the chef not enough was really non about food allergies.

Disliked: Could hear everything from our room from other guests snoring to using the toilet, yes we could hear them weeing!All floors creeked, and the man above us seemed to walk around his room all night. Practically 3 nights of no sleep!3 mornings of trying to get a lie in, but no, 3 mornings of maintenance man knocking the door for entry!The toilet was not level so you were sitting at at least a 45 degree angle. All guest seemed to let their doors slam closed with no respect for others.Hot tub was out of order.The bathroom was a mess and needed to be refurbished.
