When I booked the reservation the person who helped was great, very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. A great price and staff, will definitely come visit again soon.

We stayed on 10/26/12 for a concert at the Wilbur. I was quite concerned after reading reviews that were either 1 star or 5 stars. I gave it 5 stars and wonder what the 1 star reviewers experienced. We had a deluxe room which, for the $20 more per night, was absolutely worth it. The lobby is beautiful, the staff was friendly and efficient, the elevators ran perfectly, and the experience was excellent. If one is trying to skimp on everything, one should not be surprised if things aren't perfect. Spend the extra money. We'll stay there again.

Disliked: No parking. Cost of parking insane, bathroom way too small. No conditioner no body wash, no one came to room.

Disliked: Staff was unhelpful. Coffee maker was broken, there was food from the previous guest in the refrigerator, the room phone didn’t work, and the room was TINY. Not worth the cost.
