When I booked the reservation the person who helped was great, very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. A great price and staff, will definitely come visit again soon.

We stayed on 10/26/12 for a concert at the Wilbur. I was quite concerned after reading reviews that were either 1 star or 5 stars. I gave it 5 stars and wonder what the 1 star reviewers experienced. We had a deluxe room which, for the $20 more per night, was absolutely worth it. The lobby is beautiful, the staff was friendly and efficient, the elevators ran perfectly, and the experience was excellent. If one is trying to skimp on everything, one should not be surprised if things aren't perfect. Spend the extra money. We'll stay there again.

Liked: Location is fabulous.
Disliked: The renovation to the Hilton modernized the place but it lost its historic aspect a bit. Walls were thin too.

Liked: Loved the blackout window coverings, close proximity to the park and great restaurants and basics like CVS. Clean room, comfy bed, plenty of USB and power outlets, and deep tub. All staff were prompt, attentive, professional, and all around fantastic except for one (further explained below).
Disliked: The gentlemen that manned the valet service were all fabulous except for the one that helped us as we were leaving Sunday morning. He was clearly posturing and bullying to try to intimidate me, which was not appreciated.

Overpriced.

Liked: Starbucks in same building which made it possible to have a breakfast at a normal price. Friendliness and efficiency of the cleaning staff.
Disliked: AC running when outside temperature was 45. no possibility of shutting it off. No exhaust or heat in bathroom. Fridge did not work.
