Liked: Very clean. Felt safe, even returning in the early am
Disliked: Bolt lock broken or disabled, very disturbing. Very poor lighting in bathroom. Soft lighting is great for bedroom but terrible for the bathroom. Most staff were lovely but a one late evening staff was quite abrupt.

Liked: Very nice outdoor pool area! I loved the fact that we could order food poolside also!Lobby and restaurant and bar looked very nice
Disliked: The beds were lumpy with a huge divot. I kept sliding off and almost falling out of bed!The first room we checked into had a bug on the bed that we saw right away. We told the front desk and they gave us a room change, however when this was mentioned at check out the front desk person seemed confused and stated that they usually call their bug service right away but it did not look like anyone reported it. That was a bit concerning.Also we did not like the weird glass sliding door that was the door to the bathroom! You could hear everything! We were 3 ppl staying in the room that did not want to hear each other using the toilet! We had to turn on the shower to drown out the noise for privacy! Not acceptable!!
