Liked: The bed
Disliked: When I checked in they asked me if they could use the same credit card to charge the room. I say that the room was already paid from booking. They it wasn't. So the tried to use the card from booking and didn't work (was the one of my company) so I provided my personal one. The charged it.I've investigated with my company and they confirmed that actually they paid the room from booking, so I told the staff and some of them were incompetent, they needed to call the manager (John). John investigated and come back to me with the confirmation that actually the room was paid from the beginning, so I gave my card for nothing!

Liked: Breakfast was fine, but a little confusing as to the process
Disliked: Recharged me three charges. I made an online reservation or talk to somebody and decided the price was a bit much for tonight so when I got to the hotel, they told me the price was much cheaper so I decided to make it two nights instead of one. Now my credit card is charged twice and then another charge. I don’t know what nobody seems to know how to fix this. I’m
