The Borough Arms Hotel and Restaurant is one of the oldest established hotels in the Newcastle-Under-Lyme and Stoke-On-Trent areas with history dating back to 1783. Liked: Very clean. Basic but good for what we needed, close to town, restaurant prices in hotel were a little steep but Wetherspoons and other cheaper options are close by.
Disliked: No hair dryer. But that was my fault for not reading properly.

A pleasant stay in a...

Liked: The hotel has plenty of car parking space. Its staff are all very helpful and pleasant. Our rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our evening meal. The hotel is good value for money.

Great hotel five stars

Liked: Quiet and clean hotel. Nice people at the reception and the lady working at the bar. Everybody was nice. . The bed was comfortable. I slept well. No problem at all. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends. I will be back soon. Thank you to all Borough Arms Hotel personnel i met. Five stars.
Disliked: Everything was right on the spot. No issues.

Liked: The facilities are quite dated but they are ok.
Disliked: Nothing really, the bed I was in was not comfortable at all though. I guess you get what you pay for.
