fabulous staff but poor hotel

Liked: was a venue for a wedding. staff were lovely
Disliked: rooms very dated , in desperate need of a refurbishment. very basic

Very good

Liked: Clean, good location for the Potteries in Stoke and very good price
Disliked: Room in the annex had been sprayed with something to presumably disguise the smell of smoke. The hotel is very tired decor wise, but very well priced and no doubt renovations would put the price up.

Didn’t stay would not recommend

Liked: Didn’t stay. Checked in went to the room and handed keys straight back to reception
Disliked: Room smelt like someone had been smoking in it. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned other than bed had been made
