Needs a lot of maintenance...

Liked: Bed was comfortable, shower was good pressure, had a fridge, I got to park right in front of my room, owner was helpful when we needed things and lamps had plugs
Disliked: check-in was friendly but had no knowledge of how to check me in. Owner had to come and do it so resulted in a long wait. There was a desk in the room that consumed most of it when you walked in - way too big. Said it had breakfast - it didn't. The office/lobby was locked everything done through a window. Had coffee maker but no cups. Towels were like tissue paper. There was an altercation with hotel guests where police were called to the property. Microwave was damaged. Slide lock on door was missing. Sign at the front was a taped together banner so hard to see it.

Not good.

Disliked: My one son had to sleep on the floor. Bed hurt his back. Room was pretty dirty. Security bar/latch moved when we closed the door and we could not get back into the room. Did not have enough towels in room.

Good enough

Liked: Bed was comfortable and room smelled good and good water pressure in shower.

Liked: Great rate and conveniently located off the interstate.
Disliked: About what I would expect for the price and star ratings. Room seemed clean enough but stains in the room. Noisy air condition.

Liked: the location is nestled in between shopping centers and near bonita lakes park. the interstate is easily accessible and the price is under or around $50 a night the parking lot is nicely lit and it is located within a 5 minute drive of quick food
Disliked: the road into the hotel is chewed up and potholed. it looks as if the small maintenance issues have rolled into a large one, so you will see door seals missing, things stapled back to the wall, missing fixtures, non working vents. holes in sheets etc

Liked: Clean and comfortable

Liked: Staff was really nice
Disliked: Sheets were stained and dirty, heater was covered in white stuff so did not turn on. Slept in our clothes cause it was gross.
