Liked: The room was cozy and hotel stuff was nice.
Disliked: The card slot in the room for electricity was difficult to use.Someone commented about that room amenity was in a cosmetic bag by Origins and that was the reason I picked this hotel, but it was actually mere room-equipped soaps and shampoos. That was a big disappointment for me.

Liked: Very hit & miss. Some of the staff are super friendly and helpful, others (esp at night) can’t be bothered to even acknowledge you. Same w rooms. I stayed one night in a superior room which was spacious and nice but the elevator that takes you there is so small that you can’t even go up with your luggage. The other nights I stayed in a regular room. These are extremely small and it gets very warm in the room. There is nothing to store your clothes. In the bathroom there is no space to put or hang towels and no space to put your toiletries. Very unpractical. Location is super, directly next to metro

Liked: The hotel shows great respect for the environment by providing guests with a reusable glass bottle in the room, which can be refilled with water. Instead of offering plastic water bottles, they encourage sustainability — and I 100% support this initiative!I was so surprised and delighted to see paintings by one of my favorite artists, Julien Colombier, all over the hotel — love it!The room was a good size and perfectly suitable for two people staying just one night without large luggage. The bathroom was truly impressive — it had special lighting that made it feel like you were showering under a starry night sky. Such a lovely touch! Soundproofing of the room was also excellent — we barely heard any noise from outside.We also booked a slot to use the steam room. The facility was clean, private, and incredibly relaxing. I’ll definitely come back just for that experience again!
Disliked: I believe the in-room laminated menu could be improved. As a four-star hotel, upgrading it with slightly more premium materials would enhance the overall experience — just a personal suggestion.Also, a few of the hangers in the room were damaged. It might be a good idea to replace or repair them before the busy summer tourist season.
